Inco G.

Inco G. for iPhone

Privacy policy

Updated 21 October 2026 · Applies to Inco G. 1.0, including NITO

Your game progress and NITO files stay on your iPhone. You choose whether to share a score or export an encrypted backup.

Who provides the app

DIGIID LLC provides Inco G. This policy describes this app, not other digiID apps. Inco G. has no online account, advertising, tracking or third-party analytics SDKs. The production app does not upload game progress or vault contents to DIGIID LLC.

Information stored on your device

Inco G. saves your personal best, completed rounds, haptics setting, selected emblem and any assigned private entrance locally. Imported NITO photos, PDFs and file names are encrypted in the app's storage. Processing happens on your iPhone. The system Photos and Files pickers grant access to items you select. Importing leaves original copies in Photos or Files.

Authentication and encryption

NITO uses Apple's device authentication and Keychain to protect its encryption key. Inco G. does not receive your Face ID biometric template or device passcode. A passcode is required. Someone who knows your device passcode can authenticate; the Collection gesture is not a separate password. Private content locks when the app enters the background.

Purchases

Apple processes the optional NITO purchase. The app uses StoreKit to check verified ownership, pending approvals and revocations. DIGIID LLC does not receive payment-card details through this app. Apple maintains purchase history under its own privacy policy. Restoring a purchase restores access rights, not stored documents. NITO in Inco G. is separate from purchases in digiID.

Backups, sharing and third-party copies

NITO vault files are excluded from automatic device backup. You can manually export an encrypted backup and must keep its recovery key separately. Both are required to restore files. There is no automatic cloud synchronization, and DIGIID LLC cannot recover a missing key. A provider you choose through Files may retain the exported encrypted backup under its own policies.

If you share a game score, the selected app or recipient receives the score text you choose to send. That recipient's retention and privacy practices apply. The app does not attach NITO contents to a score share.

Retention and deletion

Local data stays in the app until removed. Uninstalling Inco G. removes its app-container files from that device; iOS may retain Keychain entries separately. Back up and verify important files before uninstalling. Recovered prior vaults are preserved locally. Original Photos/Files items, exported backups and recipients' copies are separate: remove unwanted copies through their storage provider or recipient. There is no server-held game or NITO account to delete.

Support and this website

If you send a support request, DIGIID LLC receives your email address, optional name, app selection, subject and message. The support system stores these with a request reference, submission time and status to manage and respond to your request. Requests are not publicly viewable. We retain correspondence as needed to handle the request, record its resolution and meet applicable obligations. Do not include private documents, passcodes or recovery keys.

These pages use no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Hosting providers process connection information needed to deliver and protect the website. The support form uses a script to submit your message and display the result. Visiting these pages does not provide access to your local game or vault.

Apple diagnostics and TestFlight

Apple may process diagnostics you choose to share under Apple's settings and policies. For TestFlight builds, Apple handles beta distribution, diagnostics and submitted feedback; this is separate from production app storage.

Questions or support-data requests

Use the support form and select Inco G. to ask DIGIID LLC about privacy or request access to or deletion of information you sent to support. We may need to verify the request. We cannot retrieve or delete files held only on your iPhone or by a provider you selected. Updates to this policy will appear here with a new date.
